The basis of many Ghanaian dishes is Plantain , Millet , Cornflower , Yam , Reis or Beans . The dish is eaten with the right hand . It is served with spicy soup in a large bowl . ( "FuFu" , made mainly out of cooked plantain and cassava ) Other wellknown dishes are "KenKey" and "BanKu" . ( made from corn ) As favoured soup "GroundNutSoup" .
