I am seeking an ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER / SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER to help me establish and run a local Import/Distribution Company for American Products in GHANA, West Africa.

Responsibilities for this position will include the following things:
- Carrying out prompt instructions, in fast track manner as required by me.
- Establish legal registration of local company as LLC's.
- Contact and work with local banks.
- Seek out and secure warehouse/outlet space for local company.
- Do direct/door-to-door selling of imported foodstuffs, juices and other products.
- Prepare invoices for customers, purchase orders for our overseas office, etc, using QuickBooks Accounting Software.
- Collect customer payments and remit them to us timely as directed by me.
- Prepare financial statements and submit reports to us as directed by me.
- Submit spreadsheets on product specifications, and other information as directed by me.
- Help us recruit additional staff as directed by us.
- Will work in accordance to job description provided by me.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Must hold at least 2-year college diploma in Marketing or Business.
- Must have sound knowledge of accounting principles and willing to teach self to use QuickBooks  software.
- Must have experience in door-to-door sales and telemarketing.
- Must have own reliable transportation.
- Must be above average
