They had apparently rented part of the resort for a day in the sun. A permit is required for a special event, music amplification, or use of special setup equipment.
The greatest feeling of nostalgia suddenly encompasses visitors as tourists have to commune with nature on a sailboat or canoe as they drift between the conference center and the beach which is about 200 yards away. Normally, there is no waiting line to board the canoe but on this day, there was a ten-minute delay.
The tourists are given life vests and they proceed to the canoe. With a whooshing sound, the boat takes off and the tourists are on their way to a tropical paradise where memories are as plentiful as the natural white sands that cover the beach allowing visitors to combine a cosmopolitan retreat at an excellent resort with the charm of historical fishing villages nearby and undiscovered ecological treasures.
After being ferried to the beach, patrons have options to rent lazy chairs and umbrellas, which can be set up in less than two minutes. After that, they can order drinks from the professional staff that are dedicated to ensuring that your glass will never be empty if so desired.
With the lifeguards, in their reflective gear, ready on standby for any mishaps, tourists are rest assured that their time at the beach would be safe. The lifeguards are staffed daily, year round and are generally on duty from 9:00 a.m. to dusk; however, check with lifeguards for specific staff hours.
After relaxing and chugging down a couple of beers, one is ready to order from the menu that features continental as well as local dishes. The waiters telegraph the order to the main building and shortly the cuisine, fresh and hot would be ferried to the island where patrons can relax and enjoy their meals.
